On June 13, 2018, the Environmental Protection Acceptance Meeting for the completion of the technical transformation project (exhaust gas and wastewater) of Zhejiang Wodeer Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 1 million pressure sensors, 5 million ignition coils and 10 million automotive sensors was held in the plant area of Zhejiang Wodeer Technology Co., Ltd. (the company is located in Building 1, No. 818, Kaifa Avenue, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City). The meeting was attended by Zhejiang Taicheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., the preparation unit of environmental assessment, Taizhou Tianhong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., the design unit of waste gas treatment facilities, and Zhejiang Lu'an Testing Technology Co., Ltd., the acceptance monitoring unit.

The acceptance team inspected and verified the implementation of environmental protection work of the project on site, and formed inspection opinions after careful research and discussion. The acceptance team considered that the project met the completion environmental protection acceptance conditions and agreed to pass the acceptance. As of September 20, 2018, the company's self inspection shows that the project meets the environmental protection acceptance conditions. According to the regulations on the administration of construction projects and the relevant requirements for self acceptance by enterprises, the basic acceptance information of the project is now disclosed.
