With the development of new energy technology and the improvement of transmission efficiency and stability requirements, the demand for electronic oil pump by major main engine manufacturers is becoming stronger and stronger. Due to the high integration of this product, the technology has always been mastered by foreign first-line suppliers. Through continuous efforts, wodeer finally independently developed its own electronic oil pump. After customer testing, the product fully meets the requirements, and the cost is 50% lower than that of foreign first-line products. Finally, it has been favored by customers. At present, major main engine manufacturers have consulted wodeer products one after another, and 12 projects are under way.

The electronic oil pump is divided into three parts: controller, motor and pump. Its logic block diagram is as follows: after receiving the can or Lin signal from the system, it will convert the signal to MCU. MCU identifies the operation mode according to the signal and transmits the identified action to the motor. The motor drives the pump according to the command to pump out the transmission oil.

The electronic oil pump is installed on the gearbox to provide lubricating oil for the transmission system or start stop system. Since it is separately equipped with controller and motor, it can realize various logic oil inlet and oil cut-off functions.
