The sensor module consists of 4 fork position sensors, 2 shaft speed sensors and a temperature sensor. In the design process, in order to ensure that the sensor can still meet the transmission of electrical signals in the oil immersed state, the connected metal row pins are used between each sensor and the connector. In order to ensure the installation convenience of employees, the sensor is integrated on an aluminum plate as a support. Ensure that each sensor has a unified installation plane.
Fork position sensor: the movement of the magnet with the fork position causes the relative change of the working magnetic field of the fork position sensor on the sensor. The sensor outputs different signals by sensing different magnetic fields, and analyzes and confirms the collected signals through TCU, so as to judge. Shaft speed sensor: by outputting the signal frequency collected from the magnetic signal wheels on odd and even shafts in one cycle, TCU processes and calculates the output signal, and then judges the actual working speed of the working shaft and the corresponding shaft; Oil temperature sensor: calculate the oil pan temperature of the current environment through the output resistance of thermistor at different temperatures.
The sensor module is mainly used in automobile engine and gearbox. It has strong high-resolution signal, oil resistance, chemical resistance and excellent temperature resistance. It can save the installation position of each sensor in the gearbox, reduce the man hour beat of employees in assembling sensors and the use cost of connectors, and is widely used in each gearbox.
